One should stay away from this terribly managed apartment in Vancouver. It houses some tenants who are simply looking for a decent place to live, however, other occupants fail to take care of the property while the resident manager and owners neglect their duties. If you choose to rent here, expect that fire alarms will be set off randomly in the middle of the night and during summer nights windows must remain closed due to marijuana smoke coming from inconsiderate people below. The elevators and parkade constantly smell like pot as well; do not expect any help with maintenance either, as it is impossible to get ahold of the resident manager, who always seems absent. When one does contact them about an issue they are either blamed or told there is no problem at all - leaving you feeling powerless and forcing you to fix it on your own. My advice after enduring such apartments: go rent elsewhere - it's not worth the hassle.
