I lived at this apartment complex for a year, 2019-2020. The management staff and front office personnel were great, and the apartment itself was satisfactory. But being on Creek Drive in the second area of the complex, I had issues with some neighbors. There were often people talking loudly past midnight and playing rap music in their vehicles. Eventually I moved due to two incidents involving criminal activity nearby that made me feel unsafe. The parking lot was always untidy despite the maintenance staff's efforts to keep it clean, plus one night I drove over an abandoned bottle of liquor which popped my tire. Despite this, I would still rate it four stars because of how convenient it is to amenities in South Grand Rapids and Kentwood; also, it is reasonably priced in my opinion. However, if you do choose this place then opt for a unit near the main office (the first part of the complex); here it is cleaner and quieter plus there's a neighborhood on its other side that shares Wingate Drive; this could offer extra security and accountability for tenants.
