In January, my family and I had to move due to water damage at our home. When we arrived, there was hair and nail clippings in the second bathroom's top two drawers, the window screen in the second bedroom window was loose (which posed a danger since my baby was sleeping there), instructions on how to move out were not clear (we had to book an elevator which SODO has had issues with this company over) and no parking for weeks so I stayed at a hotel instead. Despite all this, two stars because the building itself is nice and convenient; just not ideal for families. Mo's attempt at damage control is appreciated but he should read his consumers- if they are accommodating families with young children for more than only a few weeks, more than just luggage needs to be taken into account. A week according to Mo's standards? Laughter. He gave us an apartment that wasn't sanitized or clean during a PANDEMIC- all talk of "standards" is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Perhaps PR would be better suited as a career path for Mo? Or perhaps not...
