The building is in need of a wheelchair accessible entrance and new elevators. Additionally, there has been an extreme amount of black mold present on the ceiling for nearly a year, which has only gotten worse since photos were taken. Roaches have become a problem and sewage has been known to back up into the bathtub. Tenants have reported that it took months for repairs to be done for even something as minor as a blown bulb in the washroom. Furthermore, during summer months, apartments become unbearably hot - often hotter than outside temperatures - and notices were given out regarding painting balconies, although only the outside was painted. Reports of bedbugs have surfaced but none have been found yet.
