I've lived in this place for nearly three years, and have some serious thoughts about it. Since the ownership changed hands and Eenhoorn took over as the property manager, things have gone downhill fast. One issue is that they moved the office out of the lobby, leaving no one to supervise packages being brought in; they usually end up thrown in the mail room corridor. Also, if you live on the south side of the building you'll need to keep your A/C on all year since it tends to go out 3-4 times during summer's hottest days. They removed a free community gym and are replacing it with apartments; a Planet Fitness was built nearby but many people enjoyed its smaller private atmosphere more than having to pay for a PF membership. To accommodate this new gym they also put up street parking along Bartlett St., which has increased noise levels for those living on that side of the building. To top it off, $135 pays for covered parking spots but doesn't guarantee one since it's open to anyone; cars are at risk from theft or just being looked into since anyone can walk right off of Bartlett Street and do so without consequence. Finally, rent is over $1800/month (including electricity & internet) for a One-Bedroom without balcony–whichI've lived in this place for nearly three years, and have some serious thoughts about it.
