Kelsey Ridge is an amazing apartment complex. There are many great things about this property, like its beautiful and peaceful setting, the well-maintained grounds, and their impressively fast response to service requests with super friendly employees. I was here during the pandemic and so glad I chose this place over any other. The management is incredibly helpful and accommodating; which anyone who has experience with large apartments knows isn't common. Plus they have covered parking for residents with plenty of spots for visitors - I never had difficulty finding a spot! Even though we couldn't use the amenities due to 2020's circumstances (pool, gym, leasing office), we still enjoyed our stay greatly since KR works hard to make us feel at home by sending out newsletters, planning events (even virtual!), etc., plus they got Fetch - a very convenient parcel service - installed during my time there which was great since everyone's buying online these days. On top of that ,their service staff is fantastic; something else that doesn't usually come easy in larger complexes. I really liked how tranquil it was because of all the trees in the area and never heard disruptive sounds from neighbors or cars late at night .
