My husband and I moved in to the apartment six years ago, and the service we've received has been extremely poor. The previous tenants had not left it in good condition, so a lot of repairs were needed. However, they made a botched job - fitting old doors that didn't match together, repairing the bathroom door with polyfill and painting over a hole in one of the bedrooms without properly fixing it. We were promised new windows for our room but 6 years later still nothing has been done about this. Moulds have grown due to water coming through the windows as well as cold air. Radiators stopped working until January when someone entered our apartment without authorization and fixed them; now even with all thermostats closed it's still too hot inside! The laminate flooring was cheap so ended up curling from water seepage from the windows too. There are loads of exposed electrical wires in basement along with an archaic fuse box which would be a nightmare for electricians or fire fighters to deal with! Outside is no better either - roads are badly plowed/deglazed while parking lot gets plowed regardless; dog owners don't clean up after their pets either!
