We moved into these apartments when they first opened, as a 3 person family, and they initially met all of our needs. However, over the years the condition of the building has deteriorated; broken washing machines, sink handles, toilets, porch doors and refrigerator handles are just some of the problems we have encountered. Every time we request maintenance help from Kevin he is rude and blames us for everything that goes wrong. We have been waiting for him to fix our washing machine for over a month now with no luck. The property manager Angela has also not been helpful in this situation whatsoever. Additionally people are letting their dogs urinate in hallways and elevators (which is quite unbelievable). All things considered I would not suggest living here to anyone; we hope to move out soon!
