I had a residence in this building for 1.5 years and was treated poorly when I moved out. During inspection, they couldn't find any issues, yet still charged me a $50 cleaning fee. When I asked to be shown what areas needed to be cleaned, given that I still had two days left on my lease, the response was that they would hire someone anyway and charge me for it. They advertise the building as being secure; however, my bike--which was locked up--was stolen from the building and the manager acted with no concern whatsoever.
