Our building is relatively peaceful due to its concrete construction, along with the patio. Although we can hear our neighbors through two shared walls, it's nothing to be concerned about and is one of the quieter places I've lived. Boardwalk is quick in addressing maintenance issues, and the workers are friendly. We got a good deal on our lease because of an incentive, plus they have a renewed gym and communal room. My suite has been partially refurbished with great additions that include Infinet 20 as part of rent (in addition to heat and water), while electricity remains your responsibility. The only downside I can think of really is paying $2 for each wash/dry in the laundry room; apart from that though it's a great place to be - not forgetting that the elevator helps out when moving!
