I lived at this location from 2018-2021. Pros: it had a great spot (dog park, walking trails, grocery store and circle drive...); the building was reasonably secure (although I didn't feel totally safe when the outside doors weren't locking and there were occasions of non-residents entering or loitering in the lobby; however, it got fixed and became less of an issue). Staff members I encountered were usually quite friendly (but new ones seemed to be rotating in all the time near my stay's end). Cons: you had to pay a lot to have a dog but without much benefit (felt less welcome as my tenure progressed but won't get into that here). Additionally, some people could be scared of your pup even if they're just minding their own business - instances like kids running away screaming when we walked up stairs, on sidewalks or out of elevators could lead to barking or biting. It'd be beneficial if there was better communication with non-pet owners about dogs living there plus maybe some pamphlets teaching them how to act around canines since people from different countries may have different views/experiences with them. After looking into countless Rosewood properties, I eventually made the right decision to move into Wellington Manor. It has many positive features that make it stand out; for instance, there are nearby amenities such as banks, drug stores, a gas station, groceries and SGI. Additionally, the bus stops right in front of my entrance! The building itself is in perfect condition; the walkway is always free of snow and my apartment is sparkling clean. Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately which is really convenient. On top of all this, Mr. Vardan Gevorgyan who manages the property is one of most professional people I have had to deal with. If you're new to Canada and in Saskatoon then Wellington Manor should be at the top your list!

I had a great experience living at Wellington Manor. It is a perfect location, with stores and services being close by. Additionally, the building management is very responsive and helpful. For example, when I had an issue with my dishwasher leaking, they sent over maintenance personnel right away to fix it. Furthermore, when I was applying for the apartment last summer the process was online but complicated; however, Vardan Gevorgyan the property manager was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me through it. As a result of this positive experience I would highly recommend Wellington Manor to others.

It's an affordable apartment with no discrimination. I appreciate the managers and maintenance team who swiftly take care of repairs and upkeep. Furthermore, many amenities such as restaurants, liquor stores, clinics, supermarkets, parks and places of worship are convenient to get to from here; that's why I'm comfortable recommending it to my family and friends.
