When I moved here, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff. Also, when I had questions and wanted certain things done, they were very accommodating. The atmosphere here is peaceful and quiet - although there's sometimes noise from celebrations, it's not daily so it didn't really bother me. The suites are spacious with the building always being kept clean. There's also a pool and gym which you can use with company if you wish - plus the staff are friendly and helpful! Even pets are allowed here and your neighbours will be nice too. All in all, if you want to live life to its fullest then this is definitely a great place to move - I highly recommend it!

My roommate and I moved into Edgemont this summer, and it's been everything that we wanted - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, friendly neighbors who are always quiet, lobbies and hallways that are kept clean. The office staff is very kind, approachable, and they respond to concerns quickly. We've put in several maintenance requests already which have all been dealt with within the week. Not only that but there have also been regular inspections to make sure the units are clean; I wish all apartments did that! We're also excited about the pool, gym, community garden boxes (all of which create a sense of community between neighbors) plus being pet-friendly - these perks make us thrilled to call Edgemont home. Though there are some minor things we'd like to see improved such as mailboxes being broken into regularly (we even came home one day to find the inner door not locking), when we informed the office they dealt with it quickly. Additionally we'd love for locks on front doors be replaced along with getting elevator cleaner/better maintained; even though these would be cosmetic fixes only. Despite some complaints however our experience has been really positive so far and look forward to calling Edgemont our home for years!
