If possible, it is best to avoid this place. I had been living there for around 2 and a half years. The building was old and the suite I resided in was not refurbished. One of the cupboard doors fell off when being used due to missing nails. A few sections of the floor were broken which made it difficult to clean up. There were continuous cockroach problems that started from the day I moved in, and pest control that was ineffective for two months, finally leading me to move out and throwing away my bed and mattress as this was due to bed bug issues. The bathroom did not have a modern fan so ventilation after taking showers could be an issue, plus there wasn't even a kitchen ventilator either. Furthermore, after Capreit took over from QuadReal, the laundry area became quite unclean with dirty carpets in its hallways too; with the occasional smell of marijuana appearing now and then as well. The landlord's office only provided assistance during moving in or paying; though Michelle always seemed helpful throughout my stay here overall.. In conclusion, one star would be fitting for this location at most
