Our apartment at Montrose Manor is handicap accessible, making it easy for us to move about our suite. Furthermore, the appliances are also built with accessibility in mind, allowing us to operate them more conveniently. The hallway upkeep is great and we have found the other tenants to be kind and considerate.

I spent a year in this residence and experienced nothing but difficulty. The managers allege to be present on-site, but are never in the office; they tell you to drive to another apartment complex (Eaglemont Manor) in Beaumont for help. Maintenance issues were slow to get fixed unless I complained about them, and one time they didn't even check out the problem. It is dog-friendly, but simply playing with my ten-pound pup was too loud for lower level tenants. Snow removal in the parking lot sometimes took days. I suggest avoiding this organization; its management is horrible, always having to react instead of being proactive. I'm so relieved that I no longer live here!
