Do not rent at this building! I've been a resident here since Sept 9th 2020, almost two years now. The ground floor here has flooded twice and nothing has been done to rectify it. The managers send all correspondence at 3:55 pm but don't answer their phones until the next day. Furthermore, it's October 22nd 2022 and Skyline still hasn't done anything about the foundational leaks in this place. Restoration crew have said that the floors need replacing but they haven't yet. Break-ins occur frequently in the parking lot - mine has been broken into twice! Plus, there's a section of fence missing for two years now and neither of the "resident managers" live here as advertised either; so they aren't available 24/7 like promised. Again: DO NOT RENT HERE - pick anywhere else!
