My family and I recently moved out of Park Avenue Apartments after living there for four years. We decided to purchase a house for our growing family, though we would have stayed if not. The staff was always friendly, helpful and considerate towards our children. The building was kept up-to-date with safety protocols and voluntary improvements while any minor issues were addressed the same day they arose. Right outside the sliding door of our patio lay a lawn that provided hours of joy year round (even when our kids used it as their playground). Our neighbors were always smiling at them as they took over the sidewalk with chalk, paint or shovels in wintertime. Additionally, there was a park within walking distance for more vigorous activities. It was an overall quiet place to reside (with us being the loudest!). I couldn't have asked for more from such an ideal spot for my young family to live in!
