The apartments are cozy and for a one bedroom, I pay around $870. Pros include plenty of parking space, a nice park nearby, a quiet and safe neighborhood with regular police patrols; the environment is clean and it's family-friendly as well as cat-friendly. The neighbors are polite and rent includes all utilities except electricity and wifi. The heating system is through hot water so you'll stay warm even if there's no power in winter storms. There's also pool facilities and the one bedroom is spacious enough for two people plus a cat. The maintenance guy is very helpful and prompt too; ACs, dishwashers come standard but they get replaced if they stop working on their own accord (though not if you actively try to damage them). Cons include that cars get towed during snow plowing so you can't park on streets or else you'll be towed/plowed in too; entry/exit are on narrow streets which get plowed last; water gets turned off multiple times throughout the year which can be an inconvenience if you don't have somewhere else to shower; office hours end at 5pm usually but sometimes it closes earlier (or randomly during day); there's only one washer/dryer per building run by another company so office can't do anything about issues - someti The apartments are cozy and for a one bedroom, I pay around $870.
