We rented a twobedroom suite for two nights with three adults and two kids under four years old We chose this location for the indoor pool as the kids love to swim When I called the front desk to ask about pool towels they said we could go in at 9am however it was not heated My watch registered 62 degreesfar too cold for children The hot tub was closed and someone seemed to be working on it Additionally there were several other issues 1 the dead bolt on the door didnt work 2the unit smelled bad even though it looked clean 3the bathroom sink and tub were slow draining with standing water 4the pull out couch mattress was filthy and likely thirty years old unacceptable 5there were no sheets or mattress cover for the pull out couch 6the windows facing the lake had never been cleanedvery dirty and streaked 7there was no coffee or water in our room which we werent told about before 8 we only had two half rolls of toilet paper for five people over two days not enough soap or towels either 9 in main bath above toilet counter broken 10 no restaurant available Overall I wouldnt recommend this resortits very outdated The carpets are worn out and stained while walls havent seen a fresh coat of paint this century more ... hide ...
