I attended a viewing of two townhouses today. Both were 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The property is 100 years old, and it's not in good condition - the first one cost $2500 per month and had an awful view (facing away from things), no balcony, no washer/dryer in the unit, and outdated appliances that were of poor quality - nothing had been renovated! There was also no street light or ventilation. The second one priced at $3000 was slightly updated with a washer/dryer in the unit; however, these appliances were very low quality. Additionally, this one didn't have a separate lounge area, and it was smaller than the other apartment that cost less! All in all, it wasn't a great experience.

This living space has been completely renovated and is stunningly modern, spacious and beautiful. I'm particularly fond of the in-suite laundry and other appliances. The grounds are a picturesque scene with trees, old-fashioned lamps, winding paths, and landscaping designed for a city area. The management is professional and caring even during Covid; maintenance is done quickly by a friendly team to a high standard. When open, the pool and gym are great too! I feel secure here in my stylish abode near public transport links such as the 401 highway plus shopping centers, groceries stores, YMCA's, parks - all within walking distance. I really love it here!
