We had an awful stay here and 0 stars would be more appropriate We saw dead roaches in the kitchen living room drawers cupboards fridge sink and stove on our first day despite receiving treatments we spotted more later Ive seen roaches in the elevator twice and the laundry room too Additionally we had mice in our kitchen which was not addressed for almost 4 weeks after contacting management who then ignored us when we reached out again Red ants were all around the building I saw them in my living room bathroom and kitchen Other than these issues there have been multiple other problems with our unit that werent pest related Olman resident manager tries to solve them quickly but Omar Boland property manager is unhelpful he disregards any of our issues minimizes them and blames us instead of accepting responsibility After researching reviews about Hollyburn Properties on different sites its clear that this is a common trend large buildings like these will always have some problems but the magnitude of ours combined with dismissive attitude from management takes it to another level altogether STAY AWAY more ... hide ...
