We booked this unit after video chatting with them five months prior, and we absolutely adore it! Moving from Toronto had us questioning the neighborhood, but Tezeta of Osgoode Management assisted us the entire way. Whenever a problem arose she was ready with solutions. Our move was seamless and when we saw our new home in person we were ecstatic! The rooms are beautiful and roomy with a spacious balcony with both river and city views-it's the perfect setting for any mood. The building staff is friendly, prompt, and very accommodating; while it may appear aged on the outside, inside it is well maintained-they routinely check fire alarms as well as notify tenants beforehand of any repairs. Thanks to Kathleen & Donald! The building atmosphere is tranquil & homey; tenants come from all different backgrounds so anyone can fit right in. Plus, pets are allowed which makes playing/interacting with others' animals available to reduce stress levels. The only issue is hydro bills during wintertime but this has nothing to do with property management - Ottawa Hydro is responsible for that. I would highly recommend this place!
