This building is not the luxury units it was advertised as. The amenities and service are lackluster. It appears that entire low-income families are living in the studios due to their cheapness (though this is questionable from a legal standpoint). This building more closely resembles a co-operative housing than an apartment complex managed professionally. Additionally, smokers run rampant here, and there is constant construction going on which causes noise disturbances every day of the week. Nails and other debris are also everywhere in the parking lot; poorly insulated units can make it very loud too when tenants hold parties. The building itself is from the 60s, so there are plenty of issues with plumbing that lead to water shutoffs. Elevators are often out of order as well, and there's only two laundry machines for everybody which breaks down for weeks or months at a time. As another reviewer stated, this place is overpriced rat cages run by an incompetent company who offers yearly draws if you give them a good review - likely why they have such positive reviews online! Osgoode Property Management has turned this into more of a workspace than residential complex - an absolute scam!
