I lived at 257 Lisgar for 5 years recently moving out There were nice people but we had to deal with pests like roaches bedbugs and mice After four years of being told the toilet would be replaced it still hadnt been done Windows were supposed to be cleaned in June and never happened appliances were small and dated with no AC or modern heating The pool and saunas closed due to COVID were poorly maintained before that Parcels got stolen often including my bike from someone who lived in the building security cameras didnt work either Taggart took no responsibility for the mailroom security eitherThe positives of living there included cheap rent and proximity to restaurants government offices and public transport plus the property management staff was generally nice kept common areas clean Beware though Taggart is planning on constructing a 27storey building just behind 257 Lisgar which will result in increased noise for at least a year if not more more ... hide ...
