Living at Castle Point Apartments for the past year has been great and it's hard to consider leaving. Though staff is limited, those who are employed here are devoted to the wellbeing of the residents. Dennis, a maintenance technician, puts his heart into his work and Lorraine in the office is always up-to-date on all happenings. Management strives to improve conditions by renovating units, providing doggy stations and Parcel Pending lockers for secure packages plus weekly pest control visits along with 24/7 gym access and game tables in the community building. The walls might be thin but I haven't encountered a quieter apartment before! The newer units tend to be pricey but certainly worth it for what you get in space. Initially I was torn between 4 or 5 stars due to needing more maintenance technicians since there are over 700 apartments; however small repairs take longer than desired yet emergencies get instant attention - something another review stated as "more with less". After writing this out and reflecting on my experience here at Castle Point, I now firmly believe it deserves 5 stars.
