Having been a tenant in the Dundas Street apartments for fourteen years, I am pleased with the current owners, CLV Group. Not only do they take a vested interest in the property and seek to enhance my living experience, but they are also pet-friendly - an added bonus. Consequently, I do not plan on moving anytime soon.

Living at Dundas Apartments was an excellent experience. The transition of moving in was carried out in a very professional manner, and the apartment was spick-and-span and free from any maintenance issues when we moved in; this is thanks to Amy and Dwayne who work diligently to keep the building secure. Issues that arise are dealt with instantly, plus the building and grounds are kept clean all the time. Teri from the office is always available to hear about any difficulties that need addressing, promptly working with you to fix them. We've found CLV Group personnel very friendly as well! The area has easy access to shopping centres, bus routes, highway 401, and hospitals too! Furthermore, Dundas Apartments boast spectacular views of the Bay which make it an ideal spot for those who like walking around.
