Rudy has been our building officer for the past year and he's significantly grown in his role; he's always willing to answer calls and help solve issues, even during evenings and weekends. For instance, recently, we experienced an alarm going off at 2 a.m., and Rudy was awake with us to ensure the problem was resolved! Additionally, I'm pleased with this location, as it offers great service from Rudy as well as two gentlemen from Raddison who conducted wonderful apartment inspections. It's also a great spot given its friendly inhabitants—though I should note that nobody yells at someone without cause; they would likely just request that they stop running or screaming (as another review stated). All in all, living here is very convenient due to its proximity to everything—I'm really content!

My parents have been living in an apartment that I rented for them in this building for a few months and they are extremely content. The neighbors are friendly and show respect to each other. Services provided by the building are also great; Rudy is a fantastic worker who is reachable even on weekends and responds quickly when I contact him about my parent's apartment. He is considerate, obliging, and always there for them whenever they need help. In addition, replacing broken appliances is done rapidly; not long ago their dishwasher was malfunctioning, but Rudy changed its filters and repaired it within one day. Even though they were still not satisfied with their aged dishwasher due to its inefficiency at cleaning dishes, we asked for a new one which was installed within a week of our request. This building has many benefits including being clean, tranquil, near to a large plaza (within walking distance), as well as having exceptional management while also having reasonable rent prices.
