The tenants of the buildings are pleasant to get along with due to the thick walls soundproofing the apartments The east side of town has low rates of theft however leaving items outside at night is not recommended Youre within walking distance from groceries and services At one point it was a nice place to live but now its not kept up like before apartments are rundown and require over a year for repairs Furthermore the quality of work done is substandard expect things to be dysfunctional or fall apart Expensive laundry machines with only a few per building and always competing for use add on to this issue Lastly the property manager has an attitude problem and often shouts at tenants All in all if it was managed better this wouldnt be too bad as a place to stay more ... hide ...
