I was delighted to encounter CLV, particularly Michelle, and their efforts to meet my tight timeline. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless and the move-in inspection was extremely thorough. Additionally, the area is rural-like and conveniently located close to public transportation as well as stores nearby. In addition to this, I have been very satisfied with how quickly I received a response from Michelle when I contacted her and with her attention to detail in her follow ups; CLV has an excellent system for taking care of maintenance inside apartments. All in all, I'm looking forward to living at Virginia Street Apartments this upcoming year - thank you all for making my transition go so smoothly!

CLV Group has been doing their best to upgrade the Virginia Street area. It's now a nice environment for both living and walking around. When I moved in, everything had been freshly painted and revived. The new staff members are doing well - they show plenty of commitment and enthusiasm compared to the old ones. Although there is still room for improvement, overall it's a pleasant experience living here due to Michelle’s exceptional customer service skills; she is an excellent communicator and takes pride in her work as well as CLV Group’s reputation. Some potential improvements include: putting washing machines/dryers on each floor which accept cards instead of coins; getting rid of those bulky doors on the floors (we have too many doors anyway!); making sure elevators are available when carrying heavy items or groceries; prohibiting huge dogs from living in apartments, reminding owners to keep them on leashes at all times and not let them bark excessively loud, which I have had issues with before.
