2023-02-22T14:30:04ZOne star for the ideal location and an additional one for Gillian, the building caretaker, who always does a great job! Cons: No screens on windows (ridiculous), many bugs in summer; thin walls so you can hear everything; parking and storage locker = extra money; Natasa, another building manager, is not very friendly. Be prepared to lose your damage deposit!! Cleaning before moving out isn't enough - you have to hire professional cleaners or Onni will do it for you; flea inspection is required if you have pets (another $200); staff telling us "Good luck getting your damage deposit back" was unprofessional.
