    One star for the ideal location and an additional one for Gillian, the building caretaker, who always does a great job! Cons: No screens on windows (ridiculous), many bugs in summer; thin walls so you can hear everything; parking and storage locker = extra money; Natasa, another building manager, is not very friendly. Be prepared to lose your damage deposit!! Cleaning before moving out isn't enough - you have to hire professional cleaners or Onni will do it for you; flea inspection is required if you have pets (another $200); staff telling us "Good luck getting your damage deposit back" was unprofessional.

    Visiting this apartment complex is a nightmare The procedure for entering the building is baffling and not userfriendly Accessing the elevators is an ordeal Ive been locked out of various doors leading to the lifts and had to start from scratch again because other residents were coming in and going out at the same time Its like playing a game when youre allo     more ...
