My roommate and I really enjoyed our time living here for a year! The location was ideal, and the apartment itself boasted beautiful new appliances and fixtures. What we especially appreciated were the building managers; they were always there to lend assistance, and easy to talk with. Life circumstances ultimately compelled us to move out, otherwise we would've stayed! We highly recommend moving here - plus, pets are allowed which is fantastic!

I was a resident of NorthWoods for two years, but unfortunately had to move because I needed a bigger place. The building itself was beautiful and the atmosphere was great; there were many dog owners and the living space itself had top-notch appliances, a stylish kitchen, and attractive bathrooms. Also, whenever I needed help with something, the team at NorthWoods responded quickly and professionally. For these reasons, when it came time to find another apartment I decided to remain with QuadReal—I believe that renting from an established company is preferable over renting from individuals.

I was a tenant of Northwoods Village for more than 5 years, and I cherished my suite. It had an amazing kitchen, perfect for hosting parties with plenty of storage space. My friends were always convinced that I owned the suite since it didn't have the typical lackluster features found in rental properties. Before moving in, I was worried about noise travelling between floors and suites; however, the construction quality was so high that you never had to be concerned about excessive noise from your neighbors' music or television volume. Additionally, the fact that pets are allowed is like a bonus!
