This place is terrible and expensive, with cockroaches everywhere from the apartments to the laundry room to the hallways. Skyline refuses to take responsibility for clearing out the building, which is also in need of major repairs—the stairwells are falling apart! They are allowing it to become a disaster; it's disgusting that I'm paying over $900 a month for this bug-ridden nightmare.

It didn't work this time. They attempted to get me for $12K for a carpet + screen door which was overpriced considering what it offered; other buildings have pools but not this one! Parking was paid with visitors able to park free at the back (but if it rains there's water everywhere). Building infested with bugs due to religious beliefs preventing people from spraying/killing them... Apartment small + bedrooms too; no friendly atmosphere or polite behaviour (eg holding doors). Complaints about noise/having friends over.
