This building is perfect for those who love to wait for an elevator! The design shows that it was meant to fit more apartments in, as there are only two elevators. Moreover, there is no service elevator, so when someone moves (which seems to be quite often), one of the two elevators becomes unavailable, leaving just one elevator for the 21 floors of people. On a less positive note, my experience with the leasing agent during my move-out wasn't very good (I was given less than a day's notice to show my apartment while I worked from home and was asked to be more accommodating). However, Trina (manager) and Alexander (concierge) are great!
