    I spent my final university year at Le Demetrius, and it was a great decision. The building is situated in the downtown area close to everything - the subway, shopping areas, eateries, St. Catherine Street and McGill University. The apartment was in excellent condition and there were no problems during my stay. Additionally, the service provided by Roudayna (the manager) and Paul (the maintenance man) was remarkable; they always had an answer for any issue I faced promptly. All in all - reliable service, lovely property that feels like home, safe environment and convenient location; would recommend 100%.
