We were overjoyed with our time spent at the Shaughn apartment, a 5-star residential complex. Security was top notch, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. In addition to its close proximity to bus stops, Downtown, malls, and groceries stores; the unit itself provided great facilities for comfortable living. The scenery from inside was beautiful as well. We have rented this place for a year now but if all remains up to standard we intend to stay another year too.

I sent multiple emails in response to the one they provided, and still received no response. The apartment had many problems, such as the FOB keys not working on any of the building's doors, no Covid-19 safety measures in place except for closing amenities, and people entering and leaving without masks who would throw large parties late into the night with loud music. Additionally, those living there show disrespect for their neighbors by littering and leaving garbage in elevators. To make matters worse, management has been unresponsive to my inquiries about renewing my lease; when they finally did reply it was just to ask for rent payment which was previously waived for two months - then they increased that amount due to an alleged "error". I'm shocked at this experience, especially considering how expensive these apartments are.
