As an advocate, they don't listen to your opinion. With only 3 staff members and continuously hiring replacements, the interior is satisfactory to a certain degree with cockroaches present and drawers deteriorating. The stove was falling apart and they tried to blame me; but after I called Alberta Health, they didn't argue anymore. Additionally, the dryer isn't functioning properly due to heating coils being broken. The sidewalks were done but poorly constructed by the male manager Loren who is rude and disrespectful towards women. He dug an 8 inch hole that caused two cars stuck in it. Our secure doors are ridiculous as homeless people have been sleeping in the stairwells since past few nights since no one cares about it; however, these doors would work perfectly if no one let them enter in the first place. It's suggested that you talk to neighbors before moving into this apartment complex because no one stays here longer than a year.

In the winter, there is no heat, cockroaches abound, and plumbing issues seem never-ending. Maintenance won't show up for days, even if it's an emergency; more often than not they cannot even fix the problem. The sidewalks are left unsalted and slippery, so be prepared to take a few falls. Furthermore, bring your own heater as you will have to boil water or shower with cold water daily. The apartment manager is rude and irresponsible while also being unable to properly deal with tenants who are in need of assistance; she fails to tell tenants important information before they sign the lease agreement and lies on paper work - it's truly shameful.
