WARNING TO RENTERS These buildings are highly unsanitary and substandard I requested for my flat to be cleaned before moving in yet there was still debris from the previous tenant a fridge that had rotted food and mould in the bathtub My intercom was broken and we were promised it would be fixed at the start of our contract but it never was Additionally water leaked from our refrigerator and no action was taken about this The whole building smelt bad too This would not have been approved by inspectors WORST OF ALL when I signed off at the end of my lease they charged me for another months rent afterwards even though I called them every day to get a refund It took them ten days until they finally gave me back my money more ... hide ...
