I had to write a negative review for this management company, as I had been living there for two years and moved out about a month ago. They held onto too much of my deposit, even though I contacted the manager via email before posting the review - but no response whatsoever.
When we were ready to move out, we asked the manager about cleaning requirements and she told us in person that if we didn't clean at all, she would charge us a full-clean fee - however, after spending more than 8 hours cleaning the area (including window screens/bathroom vents/back of refrigerator/back of stove/inside of window handles), she still charged us the full-clean fee! Unbelievable that they even checked behind appliances as if you can move them. Yes, it wasn't quite fully clean yet but not worth charging a full-clean fee for this.
Moreover, when moving in initially there were some issues with the house which they brushed off telling us not to worry about it - yet when it came time to do an inspection another person blamed US without knowing any information behind those defects or accepting our explanation! Why should tenants be responsible for poor management?
