My sister resides in this building, but has had a terrible time here. Without warning, certain areas of the unit have to be cleared out for repairs, and management does not show any concern. If you are fine with ongoing maintenance issues, indifference from management and loud living conditions, then this is an ideal place for you to move into.

Living here for almost a year has been fantastic; the staff are always reachable and accommodating, the maintenance man is very kind and helpful, and the building is clean. The residents are also very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - the only downside being that underground parking is a bit pricey, plus there have been some renovations while I've lived here (as can be expected with any building). Furthermore, it's really quiet - never once did I hear my neighbors from my unit. All-in-all it's been great renting here and I'd definitely recommend it!
