The Hedevco team was highly proficient for the construction, but what came after was quite dissatisfying. Building commenced in 2019 and by August 2022, only half of the swimming pools were completed - without any fencing or walkways. The parking lot also wasn't paved and there was no spa either. The sales office had made many promises that they didn't keep and neither did the subcontractors care about their customers post-purchase. It took us 7 months to receive our bathroom counters and 8 months before our floors were correctly fixed as per expectations. We had to approach Garanti residential construction (GCR) just to be heard and get things done; other buyers were still waiting for their garbage bins come June 2022 with recycling bins being provided a month later. On a plus side, the area is welcoming with multiple stores, schools, etc nearby; plus there's an upcoming hospital too! Unfortunately though, we wouldn't recommend them due to their poor services after purchase.
