Living in this area has one advantage it is within walking distance to King and Queen West and a Nofrills is nearby Unfortunately thats where the positives end This building is overrun with mice and roaches making every apartment uninhabitable The issue seems to stem from inadequate sealing of walls and floors even after pest control the roaches reappear days later Additionally bed bugs are rampant I cant find anyone to take over my lease due to the poor condition of the units furthermore Im afraid to transfer my furniture elsewhere for fear of bringing pests with me My advice pay an extra 200 per month and move somewhere better youll thank me later more ... hide ...

Living at the Parker has been an incredible experience The employees all deserve recognition for their hard work It is a very petfriendly building and the process of moving in went so smoothly thanks to the teams help The concierge staff are kind and friendly Mylo always gets excited to see them because of the treats they give him They take each query worry or suggestion seriously and put on great events at the building all of the time There are two things that could be improved though parking for one bedroom units you must have two or three bedrooms to get it and wait times for elevators which are already improving Everything from architecture to amenities is topnotch always clean and dogfriendly too I highly recommend living here it really feels like a five star resort with an excellent community both inside and outside of the building more ... hide ...
