The building and the former manager were extremely unsatisfactory I was living in one of the ground floor units and I severely regretted it My suite had an abundance of insects and roaches moreover the heating system never worked correctly Additionally smoke filled the building which resulted in fire department being called twice within a week Homeless people playing music and using substances were right outside my window even going as far as to egg my car for no logical reason The response from management was not adequate they would rarely answer any calls or call back when needed Do not go near this apartment it is truly dreadful more ... hide ...

Between 1998 and 2000 I resided in two different buildings From the upper floors of the more modern one I had a stunning view of the city Its interesting that most of their renovations over time have been minor just a coat of paint new carpeting bathroom vanitytile and some laminate flooring kitchens appear to be unchanged between both structures One day before moving out from the taller building my bathroom ceiling began to collapse from water dripping from above during maintenance work on the plumbing There was even an accident with fire when someone left a pot unattended on the stove The fire department had to come in and remove any odor that resulted thankfully all my possessions were already out since I moved away to America the next day more ... hide ...
