Living at Kings Heights Apartments is a pleasure the Management team is incredible always willing to help out with anything The common areas are kept in excellent condition its easily the nicest apartment Ive ever called home

This place is really bad news there are tow trucks in the parking lot every night The spots are so tiny that if you have a small truck youre almost sure to scratch both doors when getting out We think property management is automated since any issues just get resolved with generic emails and no follow up Noise from neighbors seeps through the walls ceiling a 2022-10-23T18:02:19Z

Ive only been here in this apartment building for 6 weeks and Mary and Ashley have made such an impression on me The flat is wonderful with new appliances and countertops plus a welcome package when I moved in They are incredibly helpful always on top of things and very thorough with their work Everywhere is kept impeccably clean even past their nine to fiv 2022-09-24T12:32:16Z
Ive only been here in this apartment building for 6 weeks and Mary and Ashley have made such an impression on me The flat is wonderful with new appliances and countertops plus a welcome package when I moved in They are incredibly helpful always on top of things and very thorough with their work Everywhere is kept impeccably clean even past their nine to five job Not to mention the special notes that come under the door about contractors coming in for maintenance or repair jobs like plumbing or electrical recently they even changed out the smelly elevator carpets All of this has been accomplished within 6 weeks Plus I hear they do something extraspecial for Halloween and Christmas too Its clear Mary and Ashley have put a lot of effort into keeping this place running smoothly plus all tenants should be motivated to keep their apartments neat as well Kudos to them both My only suggestion would be to install fans in the elevators it gets too stuffy otherwise Great job ladies six stars more ... hide ...

I strongly advise against living at Lake View Apartments I know from experience that it is the worst place to be when I lived downstairs there were bugs everywhere and the smell was unbearable Not only that but spiders and roaches were all over the place My parents and I tried to move upstairs but our landlord kept making excuses When we finally decided to l 2022-10-23T18:32:18Z
I strongly advise against living at Lake View Apartments I know from experience that it is the worst place to be when I lived downstairs there were bugs everywhere and the smell was unbearable Not only that but spiders and roaches were all over the place My parents and I tried to move upstairs but our landlord kept making excuses When we finally decided to leave he said we could go upstairs but we didnt take him up on his offer We stayed in a hotel for a few nights instead To make matters worse there are often drunk people around my mother was trying to smoke behind the building once when a guy emerged with a knife demanding cigarettes So please don't reside in Lake View Apartments stay safe everyone more ... hide ...
